The folks at Shaker were responsive, friendly and quite professional dealing with an out-of-state buyer. Not only did they provide the usual services, but they answered numerous questions - particularly ab professional dealing with an out-of-state buyer. They stayed in touch over the week-plus time period from paying deposit, traveling to make the purchase, and then the pick-up days later.
