At first when they didn't contact me or answer the phone when I called previous to my appt, I thought I was in for a lousy experience. But the men working at the counter and the honest mechanics alleviated when I called previous to my appt, I thought I was in for a lousy experience. Brought car in for final repair and there was NO communication with Service and myself. When my car was ready after “service” it was dirty inside and out and also they used all my fuel and did not refill vehicle. Also, it was told that a Service department member drove my car home to their house. This is unacceptable, especially without my permission. Sales department was not competent either. Between screwing up the registration to the fighting to get refund back walking away from another potential purchase. This dealership has a lot of communication and professional issues that need to be addressed. More
