I booked back in May for a first appointment service of oil change and tire rotation...they gave me Thursday July 6th so I could go to work after.... The same appointment for my new Honda civic was an hour oil change and tire rotation...they gave me Thursday July 6th so I could go to work after.... The same appointment for my new Honda civic was an hour and fifteen minutes....THREE HOURS AND FIVE MINUTES... I'm even giving u ten extra minutes for xxxxxxx around at the end..... people make appointments far in advance so their daily life isn't screwed up.... Totally unacceptable to me or anyone that hears this story. I know my maintenance is included with my purchase of this 56k vehicle....but hey I played the game booked far out with a bad ending.....all your employees were caring and nice , but this was bs....I would like some sort of compensation and anxious for a Manager contact me....thank you for your time John More

very disappointed in my service experience. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change several weeks ago. I brought my car in on 7/26/23 at 9:30 a.m. per my scheduled appointment. I was to I scheduled an appointment for an oil change several weeks ago. I brought my car in on 7/26/23 at 9:30 a.m. per my scheduled appointment. I was told it would take approximately 2 hours. However, my car was not ready for 4 hours. I stayed in the Watertown area for 4 hours and had to waste a half of day of my day off from work. I called at the 2 hour mark and was told I would receive a call back with status. I did not receive a call back. I had to call again at the 3 hour mark.. Very frustrating. More
I've had my car serviced in different places but no one ever sent me a video describing the part of my car that was being inspected so I could see for my own self. I arrived for my 10:00 appointment to have an anti theft software update per recall. 2 hrs and 45 minutes later I was able to leave. The staff extremely polite . I appreciate the inspection video. More
