I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience. I scheduled an appointment to have my oil and air filter changed, it took about 15 minutes before anyone even checked me in. Three hours later I was I scheduled an appointment to have my oil and air filter changed, it took about 15 minutes before anyone even checked me in. Three hours later I was told my vehicle is ready,I paid and realized I was charged more than what was quoted when I scheduled the appointment online. I picked it up and drove home and when I arrived I checked the air filter to find that it was not changed. I will never return to this dealership, I cannot even trust that you even changed the oil. I also will be reporting this to your corporate office. This has been the worst experience at any Ford dealership I have been to. More
