I had scheduled an appointment for an oil change and a recall on my 23 Bronco Sport and was promptly greeted by my advisor, Alexis. My wife picked me up so I didn't need a shuttle service. I received a text a couple of hours later indication my vehicle was ready and also that my windshield needed replacing as that's a common issue with these vehicles. Oil change and multi-point inspection completed as was the recall notice. Then I receive an unexpected text that they'll drop off my vehicle at home so of course I took advantage of this free great service. Almost a 5 star experience but if they had done a complimentary car wash and put it on notes that the tires were balanced and rotated then it would have been a great experience. More

Used to love coming here for everything but the past couple of times something bad happens. This time I took my car in for oil change and tire rotation. Everything seemed fine when I inspected the vehic couple of times something bad happens. This time I took my car in for oil change and tire rotation. Everything seemed fine when I inspected the vehicle when they turned it in to me. It wasn’t until I was on the freeway going home when I started to notice a little wobble. Nothing sever thought it was just the road. Coming off on Zaragoza and Joe battle the wobble got more intense. Turns out the rear driver side tire had all 5 lug nuts loose. After calling and calling the dealership I was finally able to get a hold of someone. They sent someone out who completely was just not having it. He came added some torque and said everything was fine. Yet I still have my lug nuts sticking out. More
