I would Like to Thank Esther she approached me while in my Truck she was very polite and smiling !! Her name should have been named giggles!! In 3 hours my truck was service which wasn’t bad knowing I was my Truck she was very polite and smiling !! Her name should have been named giggles!! In 3 hours my truck was service which wasn’t bad knowing I was like the 15 vehicle in Line an not to mention that Esther walk me to the waiting room an also let me know that they even had a theater if I wanted to see a movie an also offered me hot an cold beverages I would say she went over an beyond to let me know where everything was at including restrooms an didn’t rush thru everything!! An also said if I needed anything just txt her !! Thank you Esther for the wonderful experience again!! More
Thank you for the quick oil change. But, Shamaley needs better customer service in the front services. I saw that only if one is purchasing a vehicle, oh they attend you fast. Seems logical. Everyone looks unapproachable though, Nobody says a word. But, again it is a Saturday right? A simple,” we’ll be right with you” goes a long way. My other concern is the actual service completed. In my previous service, I was advised to change my oil plug, So, I did tell my advisor about it but, did it get changed? Nope, he did promise to get it at no price to me on my next visit for service. Thanks but hopefully it does not leak sufficiently to where any costly damage will occur. I trust in your word of advise for you do work at the service department. Just curious, if the previous mechanic recommended it, why wouldn't it be done though... More

Took them 2 months to replace my turbo then another month for my cylinder head which they didn’t know wasn’t working until they tried tu install the turbo which tells me they didn’t check the engine properly for my cylinder head which they didn’t know wasn’t working until they tried tu install the turbo which tells me they didn’t check the engine properly before, really bad service wouldn’t answer my calls More
Even with appointments they take to long. Four hours for an oil change and inspection. I do not trust them anymore. When tin with half a tank drove out with less than a quarter.
