When I got there, he was very helpful and informative without being pushy. I test drove my new vehicle and was in and out of the dealership with the price I wanted to pay within the hour. I had hoped to make this purchase in my hometown of Lawrence, KS but was unable to due to the fact that the dealers at Jack Elena were not willing to work with me. I spent more time at Jack Elena trying to learn the price of the vehicle I was hoping to purchase than what it took me at this dealership to walk in, make the purchase, and drive away with the car I knew I wanted. Shout out to Andrew Jenkins in the service department, good man takes care of his customers. Tom Gettler took care of us today. Real easy going guy very knowledgeable. My wife and I actually set up a test drive online with Tom for a different vehicle than we ended up purchasing. It was a brisk morning and it just so happens that the vehicle we decided to buy wouldn't start at first. Surprisingly because the vehicle only has just over 11 thousand miles on it. Just a week battery, Tom didn't mess around and hooked us up with a new battery. Shared some laughs and talked fantasy football with Troy Hunt in financial portion of our visit (Troy sold me my first Honda 10 years ago). Fantastic Service Department I arrived at the service department with my 2012 Odyssey. Robby approached me almost immediately and asked if he could help me. His manner was not only professional but he had a very positive state of mind. I explained the problem with the Odyssey. He seemed to know what the problem was since I already had the diagnosis code. We made an appointment to drop of my van for a few days to have some major work done. Sharp Honda provided me with a very nice loaner care. Most of my repair was covered by Hondas warranty. There was a couple things like timing belt that needed to be done and since they had the motor apart. Sharp charged me a discount rate. This is rare for the automotive industry. A couple other items like the water pump needed replaced and Robbie called my warranty company as received approval to do the required work. Robby checked to see if the van had any recalls. I think it had two which was taken care of as well. Immediately after the van was returned to me. I went to there used car lot looking at vehicles. Mainly because of the service I received. We will be purchasing two vehicles in the future and Sharp Honda will have the first shot at earning our business. Thanks Robby and Sharp Honda. Danny Unrein More
