He will greet you with a big smile and friendly hand shake....a real sweetheart. He is aware of how each vehicle works and how they operate. He will go into depth with you on how to find things and how to search for things on the controls. He paired our phones for us, put in our favorite radio stations for us, and other things before we drove our new Odyssey van off their lot. Billy even stayed 2 hours past his work schedule to make sure we were satisfied with everything and could answer all our questions. I'm sure he was not paid any overtime for this, but this shows his dedication to his job and company. Troy Hunt was our Financial businessman. He is excellent at his job also. Another friendly and smiling face for this dealership. He goes over everything in detail on each step before signing your papers. He wants to make sure everything is in order and we understand everything. Troy also sold us our first Honda when we moved to the Topeka area.
