Reasonably easy to buy a car. Total time for drive, negotiation, trade eval, and finance was about 3 hours. Tedious but that is about average what I experience in the past. They had a snag in what was promised vs what they could deliver but worked hard to make it right on the back side. They got a car in from out of town just because I mentioned I liked the color. Told me after they did it and invited me to come check it out. It obviously worked as that exact car is in my garage now! I would definately work with them again More
