The service department at Sharp Motor Company is the worst we have ever dealt with. Each time we have used them their service has been low quality not to mention the inconvenience of their ill preparedn worst we have ever dealt with. I was there 1 1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation! I had an appointment and was told it would only take 35-45 minutes. If they would have told me 1 1/2 hours I would have rescheduled bc they rotation! I had an appointment and was told it would only take 35-45 minutes. If they would have told me 1 1/2 hours I would have rescheduled bc they made me late collecting my animal from the vets office. There was only 1 other customer besides myself. Then they charged me when they shouldn't have bc it was included in my warranty! They didn't resent my oil settings and they readjusted my seat settings and radio! NOT a happy customer! I absolutely do not want to give even 1 star but I am forced bc it won't let me continue without at least 1. More
