I appreciated Howard's kindness and Jon Paris' help with using a loaner car, but my car was not fixed. I brought it in because my check engine light was on (repairs were made to a valve). I wasn't even 5 mi using a loaner car, but my car was not fixed. I brought it in because my check engine light was on (repairs were made to a valve). I wasn't even 5 miles away and my light came back on. I brought my car back in which they kept overnight. When I picked up my car the next day, there was no paperwork saying what they had done, I was told they went in and "tuned some things up." A day later my check engine light came back on. I spent quite a bit of money on this and am still having issues. I will not be using the service department at Shea again. I will go to Jon Paris for a new vehicle, but that's the only reason I will be at your dealership. More

Made an appointment to test drive a used vehicle for the following day. I showed up to the dealership expecting the cat to be ready, only to find out they couldn't even have the decency to put air in the ti following day. Went back in and told th about the situation.. They hand ME a tire inflator ( that didn't even work). I'm not getting paid to work there!
