After sale service is terrible. Purchased a used vehicle there with 30000 miles. Went to drive it the next day and noticed a noise in the transmission. Called the sales dude and he wasn't apologetic or in there with 30000 miles. Went to drive it the next day and noticed a noise in the transmission. Called the sales dude and he wasn't apologetic or interested in helping in any way. He said that it would be coved by warranty and to take it any Ford dealer. Was this vehicle not checked before they put it on the lot? I don't think so! The air pressure in the front tires were both over 45 psi and the right rear had a leak in the valve core. More
