The following has happened to me twice when I had an oil change w/ tire rotation. I was charged for the rotation each time in which they were not rotated. How do I know? I mark my tires. Bluetooth problems not working properly every time we get into the car our phone volume is turned off. And when you get out of the car you miss any calls or text. Happy New Year! I brought my car in on New Years Eve for a a minor problem with my trunk. As I was leaving the check engine light came on. When I pulled my car back I brought my car in on New Years Eve for a a minor problem with my trunk. As I was leaving the check engine light came on. When I pulled my car back into the bay, Howard gave me the best customer service ever by checking in my car and also helping me to get a rental so I would not be stranded for the Holidays. My car was finished in no time and I only had to pay a premium , thanks to Howard's inquiry into my warranty I purchased from the original dealer.
