We ended up ordering the exact minivan we wanted and got a good discount off MSRP ( I worked with a sales rep named Morgan Jackson. She was excellent. We ended up ordering the exact minivan we wanted and got a good discount off MSRP (8% or so). Didn't have the greatest experience with the financing folks at this dealership, but after I went out to lunch and came back, and worked with a different financing person, it was smoother sailing. I'm sad to say that even with this financing hiccup, it was a much better experience than at some other dealers. Overall, I was very pleased with Morgan's service and the dealership was above average. I would recommend to others. More
