Answering questions we had and when he wasn't sure, he went beyond and asked someone else. We weren't sure if it was what we could afford and along came Tim Hill. HE DID IT!! When we went to pick the vehicle up, Chad Shaw took over with making sure everything was completed, took his time going over everything about the buttons and programing and made sure we had all our questions answered. Driving something I never considered for myself. Ron I went to Sheboygan Chrysler Center on Labor Day expecting them to be closed so I could look at what they had. I didn't know exactly what kind of car I went to Sheboygan Chrysler Center on Labor Day expecting them to be closed so I could look at what they had. I didn't know exactly what kind of car I wanted, so to have to talk to a salesmen at that point seemed to me like a waste of time. To my surprise they were open. Chad came out to greet me before I even had the door on the truck closed. I explained to him I thought the dealership was closed and I didn't know what exactly I was looking for. He graciously stepped back and let me walk the lot alone and said if you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask. After a while of walking the lot, nothing really caught my eye and when I told that to Chad, he asked "what kind of options are you looking for?" I wanted a manual transmission and I've always wanted a moon roof. He rattled off several vehicles with a manual transmission and the Jeep Renegade was one of them, I had no idea what one even looked like (because it didn't catch my eye) he showed me the one on the showroom floor with "my sky" and my daughter and I absolutely loved it. He put us in one to test drive and I knew I had to have one. They didn't have a Renegade with a manual transmission on the lot but it didn't take Chad long to find one and get it to their dealership. The last time I got a vehicle from Sheboygan Chrysler Center, I think was 2005, I'm not saying that was a bad experience but this was a very memorable one on so many levels. Chad worked so hard to get me in the vehicle I wanted with a payment that made sense for me, I still can't believe, that in less than a week I drove off in my new Renegade, that days before wasn't even on their lot. More

Ryan encouraged me to look at all the options and I'm glad he did. I left the dealership that day with a truck that six months later I look forward to getting into every day. I'm so glad Ryan made that suggestion to try something different! After the sale Ryan was beyond accommodating setting up accessory installations and answering any questions I had. I really appreciated that! The buying process was easy and straight forward. None of the stereotypical "let me talk to my manager" car dealer stuff. Everything was spelled out clearly. Options were given but not pressured. My trade-in value was absolutely on the money. I financed through the dealership as well and that process mirrored the rest of the experience. I will certainly be back for my next purchase! More

I had seen a van that caught my interest and took it for a test drive. Chad then went through the inventory and found the same van in a different color with most of the same features for quite a bit less money. I'm all about finding a good deal!
