Amazing and easy Working with Jake and Jennifer was amazing. Decent Shopping, Not So Decent Buying Experience Our test driving and general car talk with Sean was decent. We went through 3 vehicles & finally my husband & I agreed on the last one. My husband liked working with Sean; and that IS saying a lot... He doesn't like most people.... When it came time for us to pick up our new car and do the usual official paper signing and legal stuff (with a lady I'm not going to name) our good experience was quickly going down the drain. This is never the super freaking fun part, we know, but it doesn't need to be as painful as what this financial lady was making it. What's my annoyance? She was pushing their warranties down on our throats.. It was extremely obvious that she was being paid on commission; getting better pay with each warranty she could sell. But come on, after we say NO once---do we need to say it twenty more times?! It was clear she had her "script" down well; everything she told us was designed for us to feel the need to add on at least the basic coverage. Also, she felt confident enough in her ever-abundant-car-insurance-knowledge to flat out tell us we were wrong when we said we already had certain things covered under OUR car insurance. I guess what finally ended that argument was when we whipped out our cell & pulled our insurance policy up to show her we knew what we had coverage for. So yeah, the paper signing was our biggest complaint. It didn't have to be so difficult.... But that commission based work often brings out the annoying in sales people. More

4 days has turned into 6+ I bought a used jeep that just came out of the service department. The sale went great and I'd highly recommend Chad Shaw. Engine had a slight tick when I bought it but I don't know anything about cars and was told it was normal. I came in 2000 miles later for a horn switch and it was noticed that my engine tick was loud and not normal. I scheduled a time for repair and brought It in. I was told 4-5 days for repair. So I bought it in and on day 5 I'm told the tech working on it hurt his back and it will take longer to repair. Will be done either late Friday or for sure Monday. So now its Monday at 3pm and I'm told hopefully today but maybe not until Tuesday because the tech is working slowing and came in late so he could go to the doc. I work in a physical labor job as well and if I cannot do my job properly someone else does it. Apparently I am to just sit back and wait. I am not happy about this. Edit. I talked to a manager. Explained that they needed more parts several times. Was never told this just that the guy was hurt. More

Found the Jeep I wanted I was interested in looking at Jeeps, and found one that I wanted to test drive. I went inside and was greeted by Sean. We went for a test drive, Sean answered my questions and basically let me sell myself on the Jeep.
