I would have liked more movement in the asking price, but overall we got a good value and had a good experience with Chad. Was not high pressure. I would recommend him and the dealership to others. I purchased a 2015 Jeep Compass from a different dealership (first mistake) and have had a couple of problems with it. But I'm glad that I purchased extra warranty options as they have paid off already. I called the service center and they said it would be no problem to take care of it under the warranty(s)! even on the days that wasn't convenient for me to drop off my vehicle they still found a way to work around my schedule. I can honestly say that i don't think any other dealer would go that far out of their way to insure that the customer needs are met first!
