During my time at the dealership I worked with Morgan Jackson who was so wonderful. The salespeople are not on a commission base, which really sets this dealership apart from others--I never felt pressured or intimidated during my visit. Morgan was very knowledgeable and truly wanted to help me find exactly what I was looking for. She answered all of my questions and made everything extremely hassle-free. I was on a time crunch, which she and her team so kindly accommodated. Their pricing strategy is very fair - lowest price is as marked, so there are no negotiations. For me this took the stress out of the car buying process. Their low prices are what caught my attention in the first place and made me want to go into the dealership. I worked with Timothy Hill in the finance department who also made my experience very stress-free. He was so nice, so organized, and worked to get me a great rate. I am very happy with the price of the vehicle that I bought. During my visit at the dealership I was greeted by and talked to by multiple members of the management team, including Randy Swihart and Shisseng Ly. I was so pleased by how nice and friendly everyone was. I will definitely be returning to this dealership for future car buying and I will be recommending to friends. More
