I’m writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at Sheehy Ford Lincoln. When I inquired about purchasing a car, I was disappointed by the dismissive attitude of Mark Silver. He assured m experience at Sheehy Ford Lincoln. When I inquired about purchasing a car, I was disappointed by the dismissive attitude of Mark Silver. He assured me he would call back with further information, yet I never heard from him. This lack of follow-up made me feel undervalued as a potential customer. Adding to my frustration, I encountered a similar experience with a salesman named Xavier at the same dealership. Xavier appeared indifferent to my business and, despite his promise to call back, he too failed to do so. Ultimately, I ended up buying a car from Richmond Lincoln for the same price they had initially offered, simply because they followed through on their commitment. I believe Sheehy Ford Lincoln needs to focus on training their sales team to be more professional, attentive, and friendly. Customers deserve to feel respected and valued, and timely, genuine communication is a crucial part of that experience. More

Very rushed appointment. There’s an issue with my F250. They refused to look at it. Was in for an oil change asked them to at least listen to the noise and note the account. Same thing happened with my sons truck and it cost me &6,000 to fix 2 months later 1 week after the warranty was up. I own three fords and these will be the last three ever More
