My Service I took my focus into sheehy ford for a shake while driving. I dropped it off about 9am and thankfully they have a shuttle service that took me to work I took my focus into sheehy ford for a shake while driving. I dropped it off about 9am and thankfully they have a shuttle service that took me to work. Within no time Jordan had called and advised me of repairs needed for my vehicle. She also stated they had the parts in stock and would get everything taken care of before the end of the day. I was updated every step of the way and I also knew exactly what was being done with my time my money and my vehicle. I was thrilled when she called at 430 and told me my vehicle was finished with repairs and while she sent the shuttle to pick me up from work she was having my focus washed for me at no extra charge! This was absolutely the best experience I have had in my many years as a ford owner and I would recommend this service department to anyone that owns a Ford. THANKS GUYS KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

RED TEAM CUSTOMER FOR LIFE I have been to sheehy for service before and was not that impressed the only reason i even came back was because i purchased the V.I.P package and my I have been to sheehy for service before and was not that impressed the only reason i even came back was because i purchased the V.I.P package and my F150 was almost out of warranty. This was also the first time I have ever worked with the red team so i was skeptical about the new girl. Jordan was friendly from the moment I walked into the door with a smile on her face. My check engine light was on and I informed her that I did not have an appointment but i was going out of town the following day and have 2 small children so it was physically impossible for me to be without a vehicle for that long. She explained that they preferred appointments but given the circumstances she would do her best to get my truck in as soon as possible. I sat and waited for about 10 minutes and then she comes over with a gentleman from Hertz Car Rental and explained to me that she could not guarantee my truck would be done that day because of other appointments before me so i was being provided a rental vehicle until my truck was finished. I got a call the next morning from Jordan before my wife and I needed to leave for vacation and my car was all finished!! Once we got there it has been completely detailed and we have not had a problem since then. I will never go to any other service dept again. More

From the moment I walked in the door, I had an excellent experience. I came in for a routine oil change and to get a noise checked out. After my car was looked at, I was explained in detail what I needed to know and the best steps to take by the service manager. Everything was taken care of in a timely fashion and with no problems. I did not feel like I was being taken advantage by anyone like you can feel when you know very little about cars, especially as a woman. I had an awesome experience and will be going to this service center and getting help from Vince Davis every time I need anything done with my car from here on out, as long as I live in the area.
