Loving my Purchase! Last month I decided to purchase a R350 Mercedes. I had my mind made up on nothing less than a 2008. I found one priced reasonably with low mileage in NJ at an Acura dealership. I was approved for the loan and awaiting delivery. I arranged several dates to pick up the vehicle but there was always an issue. I decided at that point I needed to start looking for another vehicle. During my search I was aware Sheehy of Richmond had a 2007 with 50,000 miles. Again I wanted at least a 2008; however I decided to drive down from Stafford to look at this vehicle. I called and spoke to Josh to ask if the vehicle was still available, he said it was. I informed him that I would be down there in the next 2 hours. When I arrived at Sheehy, Josh brought the car around so I could test drive it. The pictures online did this vehicle no justice. The vehicle was immaculate; it drove smooth, 50,000 miles, one owner, dark-blue exterior with peanut butter interior. I feel in love I was still a little nervous about buying a 2007 however I have not had any issues with this vehicle. I took the car to Mercedes to get a service and there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. My salesman Josh Shepard has been great! When I purchased the vehicle it only came with one key, he told me he would reach out to the owner and the next day I received a UPS package in the mail containing two sets of keys. There was another instance in which I called because I had not received my tags again he responded and the next day another UPS package came with my hard tags. Every time I have emailed or called making an inquiry he has always responded promptly and if he did not know the answer he put me in contact with the person that did. I am truly grateful I decided to purchase my vehicle from Sheehy Ford Lincoln (Richmond). Everyone in the company from Josh to the finance department makes you feel comfortable.
