They did what they said they would do! Met with Eric to purchase two used Explorers for business. We identified two cars from outside of Richmond and the cars were delivered as promised the Met with Eric to purchase two used Explorers for business. ONLY buy from Aaron Aaron is a tremendous salesman that demonstated a willingness to go the extra distance to ensure that I was well taken care of!!! It started when I called from Bath Co Va, reference a truck and although at the end of the work day, he waited while I made the 2 hour journey purposely extending well into the night to ensure that I was sasitified with the vehicle. Since the purchase I have had to call Aaron a few times for assistance on a few things,, for example I left Cd's in the vehicle which he gladley secured, and a small issue with the vehicle,,, every issued big or small was promptly taken care of long after making the sell, showing that he cares more about the customor than the money or making a sell. Aaron is reliable, honost, and consistently went well beyond the scope of a sales man the ensure I was taken care of and happy with the purchase. My next vehicle will have nothing to do with a namebrand or particular dealership,, although a long time Ford Fan,,, My next vehicle will be purchased from Aaron Parsons,, whether he's working at Sheehy Ford or Bobs used cars!!
