After making an internet inquiry with Sheehy Ford we were fortunate enough to hear back from Rex Dix. Rex's gentle salesmanship and knowledge of the vehicle really went a long way with us. He offered us the best value for our money and went out of his way to make our purchase an enjoyable experience. When Rex was off for the day, Aaron Parsons assisted us and was always willing to help us as well. After our purchase Rex introduced us to the accounting department and we thoroughly enjoyed talking to the gentleman that helped us. He patiently explained our options, as did Rex, so that we could decide which financial option best fit our budget. Rex's outstanding customer service was even evident after the sale. Rex took extra time to explain all the features of the vehicle to us and even took the time to set up some of the features so we didn't have to remember how to do it. He was even willing to come to our home and help us set up our garage door opener to sync with our Ford Explorer. I thought I'd give Sheehy a visit since I visit Johnston Willis Hospital often. I bumped into Peter Karys who had me in my new 2013 F-150 and on my way home in a few hours. I worked as a car salesman in Wichita, Ks. while waiting for my position to open up and knew pretty much where the line was. They took my first offer, the same offer the other dealer declined. That week-end Peter put my son in his 2013 F150. Sheehy is a no jerk you around dealership! Made me all around happy and my son as well. We love our New XLT's. More
