This was by FAR the best automotive purchase I have had in my entire life. I am a ford man. My Father bought all Fords, my Grandfather bought all Fords. my Father-in-law has bought all Fords. I have found a new go to Salesman. When I went online to Sheehy Ashland and attempted to work with the Internet Sales Associate John McGrane. I was given the run-around. McGrane couldn't even remember the automobile I was interested in purchasing. Needless to say this did not bode well for Mr. McGrane. Not only did Rex show the one I wanted but stood in 9 degree weather and 2 inches of snow and went over every Explorer feature. Rex continued his diligence with an Edge I was interested in and finally the Escape that my wife will purchase within the next year. To me that screams that Rex Dix cares about Ford quality and Ford customers. I will not look or go to another associate for the remainder of my purchasing life. I actually went to several different dealerships and had the opportunity to speak with mulitple sales people about "thier" vehicles. One of the main reasons for returning to Sheehy was Sean. He was very polite, easy to speak to, and he was very interested in helping me get the vehicle i wanted at a price I could afford. He is also not "pushy" as most sales people are. He had a lot of patience and was very knowledgable about the vehicles, as well as all the different options with discounts and financing. I went to the dealership looking at the Ford Focus but Sean helped me understand that I could get a nicer vehicle that was still in my price range. He wasn't just interested in making the sale. He was interested in making the sale that would work for me. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone and I would also direct them to Sean.
