Rex was great! I bought not just one, but two Ford Fusions from him over the summer. He knew what I wanted and made sure I got just that. He really knows his vehicles too! My recent experience with Sheehy Ford of Richmond was excellent in all areas. From the time that I arrived on the lot, I was greeted in a friendly manner by every employee that I crossed paths with. Seeing as I'm in sales myself, I appreciate great customer service and I understand how tough of a career it can be. Quality sales people are hard to come by but I feel that the Richmond location has some of the best and brightest out there. It's very comforting to be able to shop without being forced into a decision yet still have that knowledgeable sales person available to answer all of my questions. My buying process involved visiting dealerships in around Hampton Roads (where I live and work) then I started looking in Richmond. After I found Richmond Sheehy, I knew this was dealer I was going to buy from. I did make a couple trips there before deciding on the exact F-150 that I was going to buy but once I had decided on which truck I wanted, the paperwork process was expedited and very painless, unlike previous experiences I had in the past with other dealerships. Prior to this purchase, I had always been a Chevy guy but there's no looking back now. I would recommend Peter and Nathan to any of my family, friends, or clients without any hesitation.
