False advertising Car bought said with Navigation, son couldn't find it so i looked, not an option. 3 calls to sales manager unanswered. This is a 2k option on the civic si that i feel i paid for but didn't get. With navigation was posted on windshield, side window and TITLE! Update: After opening case with BBB, I received call from sales manager who asked if I drove the car how did I not see it didn't have a screen? It does have a screen on the top of dash. No, it would be with the audio, sorry I didn't know that. He then said it was an honest mistake when his employee prepped the car for sale. Didn't your employee not see it didn't have the right screen? If i'm supposed to know I would think someone who worked on cars everyday would. He then said he was not willing to take any money off the price I paid and that he would extend the three day give back the car option and I could return it for a refund and look for something else with Navigation. How could I bring the car back in the three day window when I couldn't get anyone at Sheehy to return my calls for the first six days? We will keep the car as my son likes it and we don't want to have to start the whole buying process over again. Pretty sure he knew this which is why it was offered. On the plus side, the car was detailed, filled with gas, and the paperwork and finance was pretty quick. The extended warranty is pushed hard but I just said no and was told to sign here and that was that. More
