Bad service My husband and I took our Lincoln MKZ to get service done on the car. When we went to pick the car up, our weather tech mats were out of the car and My husband and I took our Lincoln MKZ to get service done on the car. When we went to pick the car up, our weather tech mats were out of the car and nobody knows where they are. We contacted the service department many times and no one has giving us a call back. I honestly believe somebody took our weather tech mats. This is so unprofessional and the manager didn't even bother to try and replace them. This will be the last time I ever get something from this dealer. More
