Could not have been better. My husband and I have always been Ford owners. Have 3 currently. My car is 2013 Explorer but had 90,000 miles on it so time for a new one for me. We have dealt with William Goin for a long time. We will always come back to him to purchase a new vehicle at Sheehy.We like his style of selling. He has always been , what I call a straight shooter, trustworthy and he stays on top of finding the exact car I am looking aggressively. But, Never being pushy. That is one thing I do not like about sales in any field. I was in Sales for a pkg company for 32 yrs. and you can be a very successful sales rep without being aggressive and pushy and dishonest. People can see right through that. I have recommending William Goin to many friends and will continue to do so. Sheehy is blessed and very lucky to have him as an employee. We will be back in 1 yr to purchase a new Ford F-150 pickup truck from William Goin. More

Very professional but not pushy! Fred was very professional to work with and would highly recommend him to my friends and family. It is refreshing to finally work with a sales person Fred was very professional to work with and would highly recommend him to my friends and family. It is refreshing to finally work with a sales person who listens exactly to what you want and is persistent but not pushy! I told him I was not in a hurry for the truck I was looking for because I wanted it in a certain price range and certain details and did not care how long it took to find it that way. Other sales people always tried to sell exactly what is on the lot no matter what and don't listen to your needs. Fred is not that way. I like the fact that he would send me anything he thought was close to what I needed and gave me a chance to decide. He was personal and patient throughout the process and I found just what I wanted.
