Purchase Ford F150 Mr. Rex Dix made the purchase of my truck easy. He had the truck waiting and was there to meet my wife and I when we arrived. Although we did not en Mr. Rex Dix made the purchase of my truck easy. He had the truck waiting and was there to meet my wife and I when we arrived. Although we did not end up buying that particular truck he found a Ford F150 that met all of my needs. The most important trait that I respect from Rex was his honesty and his sincere kindness. Beyond a doubt I would buy another vehicle from Mr. Rex Dix and I will recommend to anyone that will be buying a Ford vehicle in the near future to see him. On a different note your Management needs some work and people skills (maybe send him back on the floor or in sales) when you make comment to me & my wife that if you "leave my dealership (last time I checked its Sheehy's dealership) I will not honor this deal" NOT COOL! SO NOT COOL; you are correct Nate you do not have to honor the deal but guess what that deal came from USAA Auto Buying Circle not from you or Sheehy Ford. I only came back because I did not want to drive 45 minutes to another Ford Dealership. I would have paid the extra $1,000 more at the other dealership but time was more important to me. If I had more time I would have not come back and the sale would of went to one of your competitors. A perfect rating is not recommended because of that comment that Mr. Nathan Bonds made and if it was not for Mr. Rex Dix or Ms. Meghan Bowles, Sheehy Ford of Richmond would not get a recommendation and it would have received a poor rating. Painless and Quick William Goins was a fantastic salesman. He was very knowledgable and did not waste our time. We were able to find a vehicle and apply for credit on William Goins was a fantastic salesman. He was very knowledgable and did not waste our time. We were able to find a vehicle and apply for credit on Sunday and came back in for a short period of time Monday evening to sign papers and out the door with a vehicle.
