EXCELLENT SERVICE I had an unfortunate experience with my 5 month old Lincoln mkx--the throttle body went out on Saturday 7/30. When we got to the dealer on tow truck, I had an unfortunate experience with my 5 month old Lincoln mkx--the throttle body went out on Saturday 7/30. When we got to the dealer on tow truck, Jeff Dowdy immediately came & took the car to the back to my wonderful Lincoln mechanic, Justin. Justin had it diagnosed & fixed under 45 minutes. AWESOME JOB JUSTIN!!!!!!!!!!!!! I want to thank Jeff & Justin so very much for turning my unfortunate experience into a positive one! I was so upset that this happened to my new baby, but they both knew exactly what the problem was. Jeff was more than apologetic & very professional. I cannot thank Justin enough. These 2 men need to be commended for a job well done . Also, Rex Dix is my salesman, that we ONLY do business with. I called Rex during my tow truck ride & told him how upset I was that a 5 month old vehicle with 7400 was broke down on the side of the road. He calmed me down & assured me that Ford & the service dept. would make it right. Rex was right. He is such an asset to Sheehy & I have referred many friends & co workers to him when in the market for a new vehicle. Keep up the good work, Rex.!!
