We noticed after a short period of ownership that the dome light didn't work, made an appt. to have that fixed and get an oil change. Through THEIR lack of communication, only a quick lane appt. was made, so I drove over an hour for nothing but an oil change. Fast forward to two weeks ago when we had to be TOWED to a local dealership due to a faulty fuel sensor (a known problem that should have been remedied prior to selling as certified). Now here I sit rewriting this review since their Wi-Fi disabled this site, for over an hour and a half to be told they STILL CANNOT FIX THE LIGHT! Apparently the part is on nationwide back order. "By the way your brakes are at 0." WE HAVE ONLY PUT 12k miles ON THIS VEHICLE! There are a total of under 33k miles on this "Certified" vehicle! Brakes should last between 25 and 75k miles, so you sold a "basically new" truck with GARBAGE brakes...awesome, I'd LOVE to shell out another $500 for my vehicle that has under 33k miles and is only 3 years old! Certified apparently means NOTHING here! Never again and I will be sure to spread the word. If I could give zero or negative stars I would. More
