Four Cars Purchased I have been in Richmond for 24 years. I have purchased 4 cars from Sheehy Ford - 3 from Dave Willoughby. Dave is awesome! If he says he is going to do something for you - he follows through. Dave is straight, upfront and honestly the best sales person I have ever dealt with - hence buying my last 3 cars from only him. I pass his name on every chance I get without hesitation. Anytime I have a question or issue - he is the epitome of customer service! Thanks Dave! Service Department - staff always friendly, helpful and polite! I have purchased 2 VIPs and would recommend the program to anyone purchasing a car - the service department does a great job! Finance Department -Not so good - needs a of bit work - I tried to contact the person I completed my paperwork with was not in this particular day -so I asked to speak to someone who could help me with my questions - called back 3 times - receptionist forwarded the calls each time but I could never get anyone to answer the phone - the last time I called back I was sent to a voice mail. Because of the issue trying to get through to get questions answered unfortunately "Customer Service" rating could not be 5 star...but that is the only reason. I would still purchase again from Dave! He made sure that we got the car we wanted and met our main goal! He was very knowledgable and helpful throughout the whole experience. We never felt pressured, or that we wouldn't be able to get what we wanted. In financing we dealt with Niki, who was also extremely helpful. She made us feel very comfortable with our purchase and explained everything thoroughly for us. All in all, our experience was amazing and we will DEFINITELY be coming back for any future purchases.
