He really does have his clients best interest at heart. His willingness to go above and beyond anything you expect from a salesman is why we have gotten not 1 but 2 Ford trucks from Mike. Mike has a strong team with him as well- Megan the financial manager is also a gem she worked on our case even after the deal was done to get us a better deal! Even Sam, who detailed our truck right before we drove away-she was tired and had worked well into the evening, but when she was asked by Mike on our behalf to do a touch-up job she complied- and that is a testament to Mike and the team working with him. There was a situation after buying our truck that required some service, it was during a holiday and the service department was closed. Now we saw that as a problem, but not Mike. He set us up with a loaner to drive and had our truck serviced without us even having to deal with the service department at all, he took care of everything. Mike is the best and we will tell anyone and everyone! More
