Terrible Service Sheehy Unbelievable how rudely a sales manager? can treat people. We ended up at Richmond Ford, not only did we get the truck we were looking for, but a payment $20 less for the same time frame then we were originally looking for. Get it together Sheehy. Sheehy Ford of Richmond happened to have the right combination, which was great luck, and well worth the 100+ mile drive from Washington, DC. Even though the car was so specific and unique, the Bobby never tried to throw that in my face. Every negotiation has it's back and forth, but the discussions were pain free and we arrived at numbers that won't keep me up at night. Great experience overall, would highly recommend. More

Excellent service, great quality used car Seth picked up where others left off.
