Excellent Customer Service from start to finish! Prior to dealing with this dealership I had the worst experience with the Sheehy in Ashland which is where I bought a 2013 Ford Fiesta.. It was a disa Prior to dealing with this dealership I had the worst experience with the Sheehy in Ashland which is where I bought a 2013 Ford Fiesta.. It was a disaster from the start. I had only had it 4 months prior to walking into this dealership so needless to say I was looking to get rid of this car and fast. It had been in the shop 3 times since driving it off the lot. But anyway I came into this dealership looking to trade it in to get something better not knowing what my chances were or if that was even an option. I came in because they were still running their Presidents Day Sale so I figured I would be able to work with something in that price range. My salesman James Anongos jumped right up to help me as soon as I walked through the door. He was very attentive and paid attention to everything I had said. Even listened to my complaining about the horrible experience i had with the other Sheehy. I had some concerns but he reassured me that they would do everything to take care of my needs. They did just that.. They made it super easy and I ended up with the car I've always wanted at an affordable price. I purchased the 2016 Ford Focus and I love it!! Excellent Experience My family and I purchased a vehicle previously from Sheehy of Richmond that unfortunately had unforeseen issues a year after purchase. My family and I My family and I purchased a vehicle previously from Sheehy of Richmond that unfortunately had unforeseen issues a year after purchase. My family and I were then given an opportunity to look for another vehicle and we went to Sheehy. We explained our situation to Jordan Fooks when we arrived and he was very helpful and understanding of our experience. He then introduced us to Mike Carson to aid in our vehicle shopping. Mike was extremely helpful throughout the entire car buying process. He was very knowledgeable on every vehicle that we were interested in and anything that he might not have known, or probably remembered, he was able to find a quick answer for us. His expertise helped us find the right vehicle that we were looking for very quickly. He is a very honest salesperson as well which is very refreshing these days when you think about the car buying experience. My wife and I were on the fence as to which color of truck we wanted. He showed us all of the options that were available and one of the colors was only available in a more expensive model due to engine size. When we asked if the bigger engine was necessary for our needs in order to justify the purchase, he really took the time to evaluate our needs in a truck. He could've used this opportunity to "push" us into a more expensive vehicle, but he didn't. I sincerely believe honesty and integrity of this caliber is respected and greatly appreciated, especially in the car buying experience.
