My family and I were then given an opportunity to look for another vehicle and we went to Sheehy. We explained our situation to Jordan Fooks when we arrived and he was very helpful and understanding of our experience. He then introduced us to Mike Carson to aid in our vehicle shopping. Mike was extremely helpful throughout the entire car buying process. He was very knowledgeable on every vehicle that we were interested in and anything that he might not have known, or probably remembered, he was able to find a quick answer for us. His expertise helped us find the right vehicle that we were looking for very quickly. He is a very honest salesperson as well which is very refreshing these days when you think about the car buying experience. My wife and I were on the fence as to which color of truck we wanted. He showed us all of the options that were available and one of the colors was only available in a more expensive model due to engine size. When we asked if the bigger engine was necessary for our needs in order to justify the purchase, he really took the time to evaluate our needs in a truck. He could've used this opportunity to "push" us into a more expensive vehicle, but he didn't. I sincerely believe honesty and integrity of this caliber is respected and greatly appreciated, especially in the car buying experience.
