Great fast experience I filled out their online request to look at a car they had for sale. Seth Parker got back to me very quickly, but unfortunately by the time I respon I filled out their online request to look at a car they had for sale. Seth Parker got back to me very quickly, but unfortunately by the time I responded to his call the vehicle was sold. Seth talked to me and found out what I was looking for (I already knew pretty much exactly what I was looking for and a pretty exact price range) and then he located a vehicle that fit my description. After a 15 minute conversation, we set up an appointment. Prior to the appointment Seth called me about 3 hours before to make sure I was still coming and then again about an hour before to let me know that because it had snowed that day, they were detailing my vehicle to make sure it was just perfect. I was pretty impressed. Being in the market for a used vehicle, I had been shown all manner of vehicles and not many were cleaned to my standards. When we arrived, Seth was available right away and got us on a test drive quickly. After the test drive, he answered all of our questions. Though not quite as relaxed an experience as Carmax is, I understand that car dealers are salesmen and have to do what they have to do, it was a still a great experience. Once we got to finance, we were initially shown some warranty options that we didn't want to spend the money on, but after a brief question and answer period, we were given a great maintenance package for a reasonable price. Overall, great experience and Seth Parker was great to deal with. I would say the same for the finance guy, but I can't remember his name. One thing I forgot, they both stayed about an hour after closing on a Sunday, to get my wife and I out of there with a new car. It wasn't even Seth's day to work and he came in especially because I could only come on a Sunday! More

Great sales experience! I went to Sheehy to have an oil change done on my 2012 Ford Escape. I had no intention of buying a new car but while I was waiting for my car to be se I went to Sheehy to have an oil change done on my 2012 Ford Escape. I had no intention of buying a new car but while I was waiting for my car to be serviced I walked over to look at the 2016 Escapes. Salesman, Ardie Searles, immediately came out, in the rain, to see if he could be of any assistance. There was absolutely no pressure from him. He answered all my questions. He was pleasant and very easy to talk to and joke with. He made me feel completely at ease. I decided to test drive the 2016 Escape and loved it. Ardie made the purchase of that car as painless as possible. After the purchase he showed me all the extras on the car. He followed up with calls, text messages & emails to make sure I was pleased with the purchase and to see if I had any questions. Ardie made what is normally a long and tedious process funny and much less stressful. And I LOVE my new car. Thanks Ardie & Sheehy! More
