Secondly, I gave him a deposit and made an appointment. When I got there, the car was prepped, full of gas, and ready to go. Niki in the business office was quick, efficient and professional. Nightmare 101 Me and My wife went to Sheehy Ford last Thursday and met a nice sales consultant named Dave Willoughby. After a bunch of research I finally decided Me and My wife went to Sheehy Ford last Thursday and met a nice sales consultant named Dave Willoughby. After a bunch of research I finally decided I wanted a Ford F150 so I contacted him and gave him a price I was looking for. He called me back and told me that he could do $33,000. I left work and got me wife and we headed to the dealership to test drive have my trade evaluated and hopefully close the deal, thats when it all took a turn for the worse. When I got their Dave was tied up with two customers so he got his "friend" to help me. I really wish I remembered his name but by the time I left i was furious. They evaluated my trade 'or should say under evaluated it (I even showed them a written appraisal from another dealership, Sheehy was 4500 dollars less) when they put the papers in front of me to review the vehicle cost was $38,000 (not the $33,000) I was told. When I got the $33,000 dollar price from Dave initially he had no idea what my trade was only that I had one, yet on the paperwork (that I was to review before we got all official) the FINANCED amount including what my trade was ended up being $33,000 which was not even close to what it would have been if I was given the $33,000 dollar price I was told initially (before my trade). I have bought many cars in fact I have bought 5 cars over the years from the same dealership because I am loyal, this was the worst car buying experience I have ever had. I plan to post this on my facebook page and I work on a military installation and I am going to warn as many soldiers and civilians as I can about this. I am furious. I hate dirty sales xxxxxxand I feel this is one of them. I wanted to point out again that this is not about Dave as he did alot for me this is about his "friend" whose name I do not remember and the sales managers around last night (11/10/2014) who spearheaded this ploy to suck more out of me then was agreed to.(update) About 5 minutes after i posted this I received a call from one of the managers who proceeded to explain to me that i read the numbers wrong and when he did he reminded me of something....fees. Onto the cost of the vehicle they added like a 1200 dollar destination fee and a 589 dollar processing fee (1700 added right there). Checked paperwork for the last 6 cars i bought (no destination fees and 5 cars 250 processing fee 1 car 199 processing fee) He also reminded me that they offered to go to 11000 on my trade (even though i showed a 12500 offer for my car) reason? Ford is giving you 1500 i rebates for trading in here which is the same as my offer. So my car is worth less because of a rebate?....Want my business? forego the destintion charges reduce processing fee and give me th 12500 for my car and we will talk. More

He talked me through everything and explained the warranties and financing options. The service department excellent, brought the car back for a service issue, they actually fixed another problem they found that I was not aware of!!! The finance manager worked with my credit union to get me the financing I wanted. This is the second time I have bought a car from this dealer and would recommend them to everyone. More

Sheehy Ford 5 stars I recently had the pleasure to purchase another car from Sheehy Ford Richmond. I found the car on their internet site. Judd Barker was very helpful an I recently had the pleasure to purchase another car from Sheehy Ford Richmond. I found the car on their internet site. Judd Barker was very helpful and explained everything from financing to the warranty. The finance manager took care of all the financing and worked with my credit union to get a great rate. When I needed service he set up the day and time that fit into my schedule. The service department was great and did an excellent job. Both times I have purchased cars from Sheehy they met all of my needs and expectations. I recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a great deal, great car and great customer service.
