Enjoyed Working with Seth When we came in to update our Ford F150 I was amazed by how many choices there were. Seth was very helpful. He explained everything on the phone when we called. We didn't mind making the drive from Chesapeake to purchase our 2014 Explorer and would do it again in a heart beat! We have been back to Sheehy twice since we purchased our vehicle, once for our first oil change and second to get a trailer hitch installed. The service department experience was just as great as the purchase. We only wish they were closer to us. We will definitely go back to Sheehy when we are ready to purchase another vehicle! More

Quick Lane I have had a hard time finding a place I like to take my vehicle because of the lack of customer service until Sheehy. Jessica Wells is where it's at! She is so friendly, professional and was so patient with all of my questions. I will return to your service department because of her! I dread taking my car in every time it comes around...she made the whole experience painless and I felt pretty comfortable waiting for my car thanks to her. She is a keeper! Customer service is few and far between so I felt really grateful. More

inspection/oil change I took my car in to sheehy ford for a routine inspection and oil change. As it turns out my car been jerking due to a leak in transmission fluid. Th I took my car in to sheehy ford for a routine inspection and oil change. As it turns out my car been jerking due to a leak in transmission fluid. The service manager that I worked with was Paul Johnson and he was very kind and explaining to me the situation, and as it turns out I even got some seals replaced under warranty. Long story short, my car is now working better than ever and I couldn't be happier with the service that I received. I also could not believe the price as it was much lower than I've had in past service appointments. More
