Efficient and Friendly Service Staff I have had to take my Ford Fusion vehicle for service a few times and this is the only Ford Dealership that I will go to for service. The vehicle rep I have had to take my Ford Fusion vehicle for service a few times and this is the only Ford Dealership that I will go to for service. The vehicle repairs are always completed timely. One time, the repairs were completed a day ahead of schedule! Jessica Robinson is also my go to Service Advisor and she is awesome! Jessica is very patient and friendly. She does her best to ensure that the service to my vehicle moves in a productive and prompt manner, because I am typically coming in last minute and I am always busy! Jessica is also very knowledgeable with the different components/issues I have had with my vehicle. Truly, the overall staff in this particular service department are consistently pleasant, helpful and prompt.
