I spoke with EJ Jenkins, who only apologized and informed me that the General Manager, Farid Qaderi, had already left for the day. When I called back to request that they release the vehicle, Farid unexpectedly answered the phone himself. I explained that our appointment was scheduled for 2:30 p.m. and that our son had not eaten since then because they were still waiting. While Farid apologized and checked on my family, he offered no meaningful resolution--no discount, service credit, or any attempt to make up for the excessive delay. My husband and son did not leave until 7:15 p.m. For a routine oil change, this level of service is completely unacceptable. I cannot recommend this dealership and would highly advise others to look elsewhere. More

My Tuesday visit was with Rashawn. My next visit return visit on Saturday was with KathyDel Cid. I feel like both are trustworthy advisors. I have had to return when repairs weren’t quite right and both have been very helpful in getting an answer or solutions to the problem. I like the videos which allows for more transparency. It is true we don’t always trust what the auto repairman recommends. Is he trying to upsell you unnecessary repairs? Having a trusted advisor helps. Thanks Kathy and Rashawn at Sheehy Honda/Hybla Valley. As long as you’re there I’ll continue coming back!!! More

Steve Hubbard is an outstanding customer service representative. He always tells us what the diagnosis of a service issue has been, he provides videos from the service technician demonstrating what representative. She is knowledgeable, customer focused, and very polite. I rate Steve Hubbard at `100%. More
