First & Best Used Car Purchase Experience!! I just purchased a used 2015 Lincoln MKZ last week and Jocelyn Mills was a superior salesperson! As soon as I pulled up and approached the car of choi I just purchased a used 2015 Lincoln MKZ last week and Jocelyn Mills was a superior salesperson! As soon as I pulled up and approached the car of choice, she exited the office and came out to greet me! From my first test drive to the final signing of all my paperwork, she was there to assist and answer all of my questions. She is super sweet and was very knowledgeable about my car. Car is worse after repair! I dropped off my CRV for the Takata airbag recall. Rachel seemed suspicious of the fact that I had been promised a rental for the duration of the rep I dropped off my CRV for the Takata airbag recall. Rachel seemed suspicious of the fact that I had been promised a rental for the duration of the repair, but hesitantly agreed to provide the rental. I called after a month to inquire about the status of the repair and to see if my car would be OK sitting around for that long. I was told that the car would be fine and that other cars sat around on the lot for months. Finally, 2 months later when the car airbag was fixed, I picked up the car and discovered that rotors had rusted, causing serious vibrations when I brake. I took the the car back to Rachel--and she told me that the rust was caused by the rain and that Honda would be happy to repair the rotors for over $200. Seriously?? I brought a rust-free car for a safety recall and got rusted rotors back as my reward??? Unacceptable. More

I was late arriving as I traveled from Charlottesville to their Alexandria location for the great deal they offered. I was late arriving due to traffic and Jocelyn even called to check on me while I was on the road. I was immediately greeted upon arrival and the first class treatment continued right up until I drove away in my beautiful Honda. I felt zero pressure to make a decision and the process was smooth and well organized. Even though they were very busy I never had to wait as Jocelyn, Dean and Robert O were all very attentive and on schedule.
