But this was not the case Mr Sylkk Anseh was very understanding and informative on the cars. My intentions was to purchase a new car and get the best deal possible and guess what I did just that, he was very reassuring throughout the whole process even letting me test drive the car on my own to get started on my paperwork. This may seem bias but he is the best car sales person I know/I say this because I'm not an easy going person and my car had to be shipped from another dealer because of the color I wanted. I never felt pressured throughout the process, I felt like I was making the decisions myself. when my car arrived at the dealer Sylkk brought it to my job and helped me set up my phone to my car and answer any questions I had. In the end she earned my business based on her excellent customer service skills and upbeat demeanor. She was persistent but not overly pushy and worked very hard to make the sale. She even came and personally delivered the car to my house so that there would be enough time to detail it before I started driving it. I shopped around and sales reps from other dealerships paled in comparison.
