On the Evening of 02/18/2016 I purchased a brand new Silver Color 2016 Honda Accord Touring from them they really helped me to acquire the vehicle in every possible way by giving me complete Financing & Leasing Options. They have very good knowledge of the cars they deal with from A to Z and every options and needs for the Driver and Passenger comfort. They gave me all the answers for all my Questions and Queries to all my satisfaction. My preferred color wasn't stock with them but they did all there best to get the color what i wanted, I really loved the way they treat their Customers with Respect, Integrity last but not least Excellent Customer Service with Complete Satisfaction as i was not forced by them to take any decisions like other guys in the Dealerships do. Great and easy process Rafael first contacted me via email through an inquiry on Autotrader. He patiently waited for me to go through my checklists and helped make the test drive useful by driving through different scenarios. When I wanted to have the car checked independently, he quickly arranged the paperwork to allow me to take the car for a few hours. Once agreed upon, Rafael explained the paperwork and checked in on me when waiting for additional forms and the financial department to wrap up with another customer. He even let me use his computer to locate information needed to activate my car insurance. He was always friendly and very responsive. I can't imagine someone nicer helping me through the car-buying process. More
