He patiently waited for me to go through my checklists and helped make the test drive useful by driving through different scenarios. When I wanted to have the car checked independently, he quickly arranged the paperwork to allow me to take the car for a few hours. Once agreed upon, Rafael explained the paperwork and checked in on me when waiting for additional forms and the financial department to wrap up with another customer. He even let me use his computer to locate information needed to activate my car insurance. He was always friendly and very responsive.
