My experience was THE BOMB DOT COM I always thought when I purchased my first car, choosing a car and finding a bank to finance it would be the most stressful all day process. But this I always thought when I purchased my first car, choosing a car and finding a bank to finance it would be the most stressful all day process. But this was not the case Ms. Jocelyn was very understanding and informative on the cars available. My intentions was to purchase a used car but because Ms. Jocelyn offered me the best deal I instead purchased a new car. She was very reassuring throughout the whole process even letting me test drive the car on my own. This may seem bias but she is the best car sales person I know. I never felt pressured throughout the process, I felt like I was making the decisions myself. Even at the end of the day when I had finished signing everything she was there to help set up my phone to my car and answer any questions I had. That's awesome customer service. Robert Kirkskey was also great, very funny and made the process going through the finance department less scary. More
