Lies, broken promises, and unreturned calls I attempted to buy a used car from Slavenko Drincic at this dealership. I called and asked about the car and he said my fiance and I could come and lo I attempted to buy a used car from Slavenko Drincic at this dealership. I called and asked about the car and he said my fiance and I could come and look at the car, but it had just been traded in and needed some work before we could buy it. He promised that we would be the first to test drive the car and buy it as soon as it was ready. We waited about a week for them to finish repairs, calling everyday to check on the progress. We always had to wait a long time on hold, and could never get our calls returned. Finally, they called and told us to come in at 4pm. We got on the road immediately and were halfway to the dealership when we got a second call saying the car had been sold to another woman who was willing to finance the car and they could make more money that way. When we asked why we had been promised that we could look at it first, as soon as it was ready, the sales manager didn't address the problem and told us he would try to get us an equally good deal on another car and would call us back in an hour. That was a week ago and we haven't heard from them since. More

Fantastic I visited two other dealers to see if they had had or could get the car I wanted and waited for a week before calling SHEEHY HONDA of ALEXANDRIA. Jocelyn said she could have the car there the same day and called to say she had it before we left work. Excellent custumer service! Rafael demonstrates exactly what an excellent customer service is all about. He knew what to do and the right time to do it (asking questions, showing Rafael demonstrates exactly what an excellent customer service is all about. The entire staff at Sheehy Honda in Alexandria have a well established plan to serve their customers in a fast and efficient manner. My experience was THE BOMB DOT COM I always thought when I purchased my first car, choosing a car and finding a bank to finance it would be the most stressful all day process. But this I always thought when I purchased my first car, choosing a car and finding a bank to finance it would be the most stressful all day process. But this was not the case Ms. Jocelyn was very understanding and informative on the cars available. My intentions was to purchase a used car but because Ms. Jocelyn offered me the best deal I instead purchased a new car. She was very reassuring throughout the whole process even letting me test drive the car on my own. This may seem bias but she is the best car sales person I know. I never felt pressured throughout the process, I felt like I was making the decisions myself. Even at the end of the day when I had finished signing everything she was there to help set up my phone to my car and answer any questions I had. That's awesome customer service. Robert Kirkskey was also great, very funny and made the process going through the finance department less scary. More
