My worst experience ever!!! I took car in for an oil change and ended doing an alignment at their recommendation. My car is now pulling to the left.. The service department refer I took car in for an oil change and ended doing an alignment at their recommendation. My car is now pulling to the left.. The service department referred to me as being " crazy and didn't know what I was talking about." I have never been spoken to in this manner by a customer service representative. I will surely pass this information on to your other potential customers. In conclusion, What will does your business do to remedy my displeasure and convince me that your business is reputable? More

The team worked through all our issues, making sure we felt comfortable with our options each step along the way. We also had a thorough test drive of the different models we were interested in. When we came to a decision, we weren't pushed either way. It was starting to snow but the customer reps didn't make us feel rushed so that they could get home...just an overall great experience. More

I specifically came in asking for a particular vehicle and he showed me what he had in stock. Little did I know that I was going to fall in love with all the vehicles he showed me, however, with his assistance he narrowed down what I was looking for and I drove out that same day with a brand new vehicle. I would definitely recommend Roberto to anyone of my friends or co-workers. The fact that he had a good military background and knew to work well with not only a fellow US service member but latino as well, I have to say he took the cake and managed to sell me a car that I wanted without any tricks or hidden fees behind the sale. Had a great experience! I originally started my process shopping online and was impressed with the ease of use of the Sheehy website. I identified a high mileage car I was su I originally started my process shopping online and was impressed with the ease of use of the Sheehy website. I identified a high mileage car I was sure I would be able to purchase outright, and contacted the dealer via email to get more information and a test drive. I am a big fan of low pressure sales and was happy to see I could get the ball rolling without having to go to the dealership. I was immediately contacted by Syl who gave me info on the car I was looking at, and followed up with me on my online credit application. It turns out they were able to get my financed for a much nicer low mileage civic that I later test drove and purchased. It was done within a day, and was very low hassle. I liked that I could access the carfax report and that Syl had a few options picked out for me before I got there. I now have a dependable looking car with a long warranty and service plan for a pretty reasonable price. More

As easy as it should be We knew exactly what car we wanted and which colors we'd accept. It was a new model year so stocks were low throughout the area, and we weren't expect We knew exactly what car we wanted and which colors we'd accept. It was a new model year so stocks were low throughout the area, and we weren't expecting prices to go much below MSRP. I emailed ten or so dealers, and Sheehy gave us the lowest quote (that was indeed below MSRP), didn't make a single attempt to add extras either before or after we came in, and actually honored the quote -- which I mention only because another dealership ignored their own Internet quote once we actually walked in the door! We ended up making a deposit on an incoming vehicle, got a call when it came in, and picked it up in a quick and smooth process. After we said we were paying cash they didn't make any attempt to sell us on a loan. We had to sit through the accountant's spiel on warranties and services, but we said no to all and that was that. So overall I'm thrilled with the service we got, especially given the contrast with all the other dealerships I dealt with. The Internet team at Sheehy was efficient, communicative, and did exactly what I needed them to. If our next car is a Honda I'll have no hesitation in going back (after getting quotes from other dealers, of course!). More
