She took the time to walk us through five different vehicles while we mulled which model we wanted. We never felt pressure to go in any specific direction, but she was there with the information we needed at every turn. Everyone we spoke with was friendly and helpful. The one thing we didn't like was that there was a lot of pressure to buy the extended warranty plan through the dealer. We'd already committed to buying the vehicle, as well as purchased a couple smaller service plans, and then we got the hard sell to commit another $2000. We had to tell the finance person no several times, to the point that I almost walked out on the deal. It was an isolated negative portion of an overall positive experience. More

My salesman, Larry McGill, provided the most help I've ever received from anyone when buying a car. I bought a new Honda Accord and was given every consideration in pricing from USAA to trade-in value. Larry was very well informed not only about the Honda product line but also about Subaru cars (my trade-in). Larry spent a lot of time explaining each and every button, knob, light, indicator, feature, connection (Bluetooth, Sirius etc.) and he even synchronized by cell phone with the Bluetooth contact list. This is unlike any experience I've ever had. I'm a retired nurse, not very knowledgeable about cars, but I do feel well-informed about this car, thanks to Larry. I would definitely refer friends and family to Larry McGill and Sheehy Honda. More
