On two of my service visits, I had the need to have available to me a loaner vehicle rented from Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Thanks to Ms. Rachel the loaner process (rental vehicle) from Enterprise was flawless, timely and no monetary cost to me, no issues with fees, deposits, and deposit refunds etc. Knowing that Ms. Rachel will be my POC and assistant the next time I come to the dealership for future routine scheduled maintenance or even an unexpected repair makes me feel greatly at ease!
