Hi, my service advisor was excellent Vijay he take care of my an my car very good, I had an a little issue a noise actually in two previous visits to the dealer the mechanics didn’t see anything, and as I of my an my car very good, I had an a little issue a noise actually in two previous visits to the dealer the mechanics didn’t see anything, and as I explained to Vijay he knew it transfer this info to the mechanics and fixed ,no noise that drives me crazy for now. Asked for help with dog step attached to my trailer hitch both in my online scheduling and at drop off but no one addressed it. My dog step is still attached and there were no notes about whether anyone atte both in my online scheduling and at drop off but no one addressed it. My dog step is still attached and there were no notes about whether anyone attempted to remove it. I replied to text to ask and got no response. I’m disappointed especially since the dealership helped me install the step in the first place. Why ask for notes and comments as part of online scheduling if you’re just going to ignore them? More
