Update: Received a quick follow up from Michael the general manager & Rachael. The car was brought back in for a new problem. Will update again once determined if it was fixed. Insanely overpriced service for items that should be a easy fix (eg brakes). $1600+ is NOT acceptable considering parts are roughly $400 tops. Considering I did this work myself over 5 hours (which is MORE than enough time) that would be $240/hour for labor. Unacceptable. More
